1. Choose a setting (e.g. Cyberpunk)
2. Pick a role (e.g. Hacker) and personality (e.g. Cunning + Mysterious)
3. Hit Generate — or press Cmd/Ctrl+G
4. Browse your NPCs, re-roll any you don't like, and export the ones you want

✦ Installation

macOS: Download the .dmg for your chip (Intel or Apple Silicon), open it, and drag NPC Forge to your Applications folder. On first launch, right-click → Open to bypass Gatekeeper.

Windows: Run the Setup .exe installer, or use the portable .exe with no installation needed.
